The Berks County Fair welcomes any new vendor to the fair! Below we have our contracts for our commercial vendors and our food vendors. Applications are due June 19th, 2026. The first contract is for commercial vendors only, scroll down for our food vendor contract. If you have any questions with regards to commercial space, concession or vendor fees and rules, please contact the fair at [email protected].
The Vendor Committee must approve all new vendors and items being sold on the fairgrounds. The Committee and Board of Directors reserve the right to deny any vendor application.
