After close consultation with its board of directors, The Berks County Fair, a long-standing county tradition, announces that fair week will move to Monday, July 10 through Friday, July 15, 2022, Leesport, PA.
“As we continue our new roots as The Berks County Fair, we hope to continue many of our time honored traditions, celebrating Berks County’s agriculture, fellowship with friends and family, community education with fun activities and as always, delicious food,” states Chris Blatt, fair president. The Berks County Fair is the same great fair with a new name and dates. With a strong agricultural heritage, the fair strives to showcase excellence in farm fresh produce, livestock exhibits and everything in between. Celebrating the 168th consecutive year as non-profit annual attraction, The Berks County Fair provides fun for the entire family to enjoy including farm and agricultural events, track events and delicious Pennsylvania Dutch cooking. Berks County residents can celebrate agriculture all summer long, with fairs from June until September. Separating Berks County fairs will allow youth, animals, volunteers and the public to be excited for every fair in the county. There are three unchanging objects of all fairs - to exhibit, to compete, and to have fun. During the new fair week from July 10 to 15, join The Berks County Fair for all three! Stay tuned on Facebook @TheBerksCountyFair for more details on the scheduled events and entry deadlines.
